Growing food is
growing health.
I'm Reci — a healthcare professional with 30 years of experience and a passionate vegetable grower. My journey started with three plants during recovery from hip surgery, and blossomed into 52 plants by the end of that first season. Today I grow food as medicine, teach communities to grow their own, and bring the freshest harvest to your table every market day.

What You Eat Heals You
Reci's 30 years in healthcare inform every seed she plants. These aren't just vegetables — they're tools for a longer, healthier life.
Heart Health
Leafy greens, garlic, and tomatoes support cardiovascular health and reduce blood pressure naturally. The same produce Reci brings to market every week.
Blood Sugar Balance
Bitter melon, leafy greens, and fiber-rich produce help manage glucose levels and support diabetes prevention — a cornerstone of Reci's BWMC workshops.
Kidney Health
Fresh herbs and low-potassium vegetables support kidney function when chosen thoughtfully. Reci can help you find the right produce for your needs.
Mental Clarity
Omega-rich seeds, antioxidant-packed berries, and dark leafy greens nourish the brain. Growing your own food is itself a powerful act of self-care.
Bone & Joint Support
Kale, collard greens, and calcium-rich vegetables build strong bones naturally. Reci grows many of these right here in Severn, Maryland.
Immune Resilience
Garlic, ginger, turmeric, and vitamin C-rich peppers fortify your immune system. Fresh from the ground means maximum potency on your plate.
